With a total of 9 fashion shows, over 34 participating labels and various other events during the Collection Première Dusseldorf, the fashion show concept PLATFORM FASHION is successfully starting into its fifth season from 29 to 31 January 2016 on the Areal Böhler.

Among these up to 6.000 expected guests of PLATFORM FASHION in this season many celebrities will be present. Familiar faces will be seen on the catwalk this time. For the
Fashion Show FASHION PLATFORM SELECTED on 31 January 2016 6.30 pm, Monica Ivancan and Alina Gerber will be participating as models for the jewelry label Gab & Ty by Jana Ina Zarella, Christoph Metzelder will be walking on the catwalk for the fashion show of Breuninger on 29 January 2016 9.00 pm which shows the highlights from the latest collection.

Another highlight for the upcoming PLATFORM FASHION will be the finalists from Germany’s Next Top Model Vanessa Fuchs, Anuthida Ploypetch, Lovelyn Enebechi and Betty Taube, who will be walking the catwalk in several fashion shows.

A limited quota of tickets is available through the Partner Eventim as well as at the usual ticket outlets for Fashion Yard meets PLATFORM FASHION, when on January 30, 2016 at 2.00 pm, young junior designers will present their new collections, and for PLATFORM SELECTED FASHION 31 January 2016 6.30 pm, in the presence of trade visitors, press and celebrities, the label Passionata, the jewelery label Gab & Ty by Jana Ina, the Duesseldorf-based label Strehlow, Maison Common from Munich and Bonvirage Clothing show their latest Autumn / Winter 2016 trends.

As an official partner in the section “hair”, the international hair styling brand ghd – good hair day, every day is on board again. “PLATFORM FASHION has been established on the fashion location Dusseldorf as a trend barometer. From January 29 until February 31 2016 the FASHION LOUNGE will host the new format FASHION LECTURES, including lectures, discussions and short descriptions of technical innovations and current trends in the fashion world to the future of commerce will be presented on more than 600sqm. The group of participants of the first edition of FASHION LECTURES ranges from speakers of established companies to presentations of young start-ups.

For the first time as a new Premium Partner, LEXUS Germany is represented at PLATFORM FASHION. “PLATFORM FASHION unites the world of fashion and lifestyle in a very special way. We look forward as an official partner to be present and we will exhibit several cars of our current model range on site. PLATFORM FASHION is realized by the Düsseldorf agency KOLLEKTIV K. The expected goal of the organizers is to offer interested fashion labels the opportunity to present their new collections to an interested audience in professional framework.
